The resort itself is exceptional with beautiful decor and stunning views. The private beach is beautiful, the monkeys are cute (when kept in a safe distance) and there’re a great variety of activities to choose from. Truly a memorable stay in the resort.

Our stay at this resort was nothing short of exceptional! The warm hospitality, outstanding service, and genuine care from the staff made our wedding anniversary celebration truly unforgettable. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team, especially Ritchie, for going above and beyond to make our experience so special. One of the highlights was the private BBQ dinner on the beach—it was beautifully arranged, with delicious food and a breathtaking setting that made the evening absolutely magical. The attention to detail and the serene ambiance throughout our stay created the perfect backdrop for a memorable getaway. We are deeply grateful for everything and highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a relaxing and extraordinary experience. We can’t wait to return!

The room was very nice and every detail of the design was well thought out. The views were wonderful and the architecture incredible. Saturday night BBQ at the beach was excellent. Every dish, especially the seafood & fish, were amazing. I would absolutely go back. The staff were also friendly and the kids club was the highlight for our family.

This hotel is just beautiful. The integration of a modern luxurious hotel seamlessly blending into the hills is such a wonderful experience. From our balcony we could see the monkeys roam around in their natural environment (who are very well behaved). The views from the balcony & pool area were absolutely stunning it was hard to want to leave the hotel everyday. The staff were so friendly and genuinely the kindest people we have ever met, who are all very proud of their lovely city, providing suggestions of places to eat and visit. The coffee at breakfast from “monkey beans” with a familiar logo was my favourite thing in the morning.

beautiful decor, attentive staff with the exception of the beach staff who were not proactive and felt constantly distracted. property was well taken care of and we were impressed by the thoroughness and consistency of housekeeping. exceptional breakfast and lounge. and monkeys.

The overall environment is clean and relaxing. The presence of monkeys is a bonus! For anyone who aspires to live a life "far away from the masses", this is THE place. It's indeed a privilege to stay here in this slice of paradise for three nights, the memories of which linger in our minds days after we left the place. All Staffs are friendly and helpful. We were invited to attend the weekly cocktail party on the beach upon our initial arrival. Mr. Hai Nguyen, the Director of Guest Services, came to us at the party. We had a very pleasant conversation about the hotel and its role in promoting the local communities and, in a sense, the nation by large. And an outcome of the conversation was an unexpected, pleasing though, surprise Mr. Hai offered us. Indeed, a once-in-a-life experience for us!

The staff were very accommodating and attentive. Our daughter got sick on the trip and they sent a little care package including cupcakes for her to decorate along with a personal card. I’m also pregnant and our original room was down a few flights of stairs, the staff were so lovely and allowed us to move to a more suitable room. This is our second time here and we’ll choose this place time and time again for our future stays. Facilities, staff, beach, service - everything is just top tier. Thank you

The view from the room is breathtaking- beds very comfortable, bathroom was well set up and we were very happy. Fruit options at breakfast were good. The beach was perfect and the free access to beach equipment was a nice touch.
